I'm proposing this as a word to describe someone who only eats high-quality (organic, grass-fed, etc.) meat and animal products.

Why should quality only appertain to corpses of animalia and not other things one might consume, and in which there may be ranges of quality available in the marketplace?
Apart from that 'quality' is an abstract concept and one would get a bit hungry living off abstractions, methinks.
