  • Mrs Byrne defines this as a "drum figure more difficult than the paradiddle". She is silent on its difficulty relative to the pataflafla, however.

  • R. Pumpum's seminal work 'Hit Me, Baby, Again And Again' suggests that this is more convoluted than even the flooperbunt. Mostly it involves a wristy tinkywock but the signature element is of course the crescendo yackamandatimting. Very few exponents have ever performed it consistently well.
