I beleive I heard this word used when I was in London. I am Maltese & we have a word "spicca" (there is a dot on each C to make it "ch" sound as in church. It means "he finished (something). If this word is not an English word, then I must have heard it used by some Maltese friend who was"Englishizing" the Maltese word!
