A beautiful blue-flowered _Clitoria_ creeps over the path, with the ground-raspberry of Dorjiling.

Here the palmated Convolvulus trailed over the rocks, with the Hedera carnosa (Fol. quinatis inciso-serratis, perennentibus) and the fantastic Clitoria, decorating the shrubs with garlands (Clit. caule volubili fol. ternatis pennetisque, flor. majore caeruleo, vexillo rotundiore, filiquis longissimis compressis.)

They originally called the two lovers Spermando and Clitoria (they're now less offensively titled Amando and Amanda), and together they created a text that sends up such operatic conventions as virtuosic coloratura arias and comic ensembles.
