The following species are also restricted to this center (and endemic or near-endemic to this ecoregion): Acacia fleckii, Alchornea occidentalis, Baphia massaiensis subsp. obovata, Brachystegia bakerana, Dialium engleranum, Erythroxylum zambesiacum, Grewia schintzii, Hannoa chlorantha, and Lonchocarpus nelsii.
