You can start with the Relentless Assault Paradigm as well (COMRAVRAV), but I find starting with SABSYNMED (Evened Odds) to be just as fast, plus I feel safer with a little Haste and Protect on.

At this point, I suggest using Dispelga to cure everybody of everything in one go, then rebuff with Evened Odds. Heal with Combat Clinic as needed.
