At 4 ppm, fenoxycarb almost completely inhibited the formation of adult L. bostrychophilus (94% reduction in numbers of adults) for up to 8 weeks although super-nymphs were produced In Switzerland. where the investigation was conducted, fenoxycarb was regarded as a promising control agent against Liposcelis spp. in granaries.
