Bluntly stated, the HST, like the GST and the PST, is an abomination.
If a vendor issues a coupon for $x off a product, or offers the product free of charge (i.e. reimbursing the retailer), then the retailer is obligated to collect the PST from the customer on the full, retail price.
At the same time PST is coming to an end with only 4 weeks and 12 language classes left.
Oh yeah, about what times is Scrooloose and Keroich on WoW in PST era?
