And actually, I'm pretty sure that's a typo in Hymn melodies for the whole year, and should instead be - or, if the Latin still makes sense I don't know Latin very well, still refers to Impleta sunt quae concinit - the words that begin the fourth verse of Vexilla Regis Prodeunt:
