Congenital Insensitivity to Pain (CIPA) – Congenital insensitivity to pain (or congenital analgia) is a rare condition where a child cannot feel (and has never felt) physical pain.
It wouldn't make a difference if I were a congenital analgia sufferer who had presented with a broken arm I couldn't feel.
