  • Report Abuse why is he being charged with "suspicion of first-degree escape and malicious mischief"??? they released him, let him walk out. is that his fault some incompetent idiot goofed? oh yeah, this is clark (police state) county we're talking about, never mind! was probably released on purpose because they couldn't make the DUI stick. then arrested and bugus-ly charged. had to get him for something. can't lose face here .. seen enough of that here to last a lifetime. that's why i hate law enforcement in this county. disclaimer: hate: extreme dislike with prejudice (not violent) (got to keep the pack animals (cops) off my porch)
