Q: Who in their right mind would suspend a molded-rubber bull's scrotum from the back bumper of their giant pick-up truck? Answer: God only knows and loves them, for I certainly don't, even if their truck is taller than their dwelling. This revealing if not wacky phenomenon should be the subject of a documentary film. Stand them up before a camera and let them spout off and explain the bumper nuts philosophy until their hearts' content, says I (and me, and that guy John who lives in my head)!
