I have both palmar and plantar hands and feet hyperhydrosis. a couple of years ago, i had the procedure done which clips two of the sympathetic nerves that run along your ribcage to get rid of the hand sweating. it worked, and my hands have been normal, if not a little drier than normal, ever since. i had tried everything for years, but nothing worked and i eventually got tired of disgusted looks when i would offer my hand for a sloppy-wet handshake. it would ruin notebooks that i was taking notes on, countless golf gloves, and was just embarrassing. now, all i've got to worry about are my feet, but i just wear chacos all summer and deal with it.
