Artichokes being very hard to come by where the term originated. Heehee. C_b, I wish I could add that to my "Mom" list. :-D
Ha! That's a great saying!There's an Italian phrase with a similar meaning, that isn't quite as awesome. My mom used to say: "Ti senti carciofo!" which is Italian for "You think you're an artichoke!"
