fixme

Bricscad and CMS Intellicad both give different "fixme" type errors under wine, and I'd really like to stay with my distro while solving my CAD fix.

Here's what I did: I backed up the Windows registry, copied this text into Notepad, saved the file as fixme. reg, double-clicked it to apply the changes, and restarted Windows.
