Which ever way one looks at the situation this should never occured and the case is increasingly made for action because of inept politicians and leaders have failed miserably at their job of diplomacy and now they are asking the military drones to dig them out of the hole they have dug for them selves which at the rate of 100 inocent people killed for remains of one supporter pro gadaffi tribe .

It is not clear that gadaffi has been targeting unarmed civilians and there is a lot of confusion on this when does a civilian become armed and turns into a rebel , certainly some have been killed but in many ways he has shown a lot of restraint but of course the more they rubbish gaddafi .
