Etymologies

From Urdu لوٹاکریسی, from لوٹا ("lota") (in its Hindi form, लोटा), meaning the (lota), a water pot with a shape such that it falls over very easily. The term was coined in Pakistan in the early 1990s. (Wiktionary)
