It worked once, and if we EVER needed to ‘minoritize’ the Wingnut Five, the time is obviously here after the most recent disaster.
I feel the imagination is far more complex than that and believe it has what Gilles Deleuze called the power to open ‘lines of flight’ or to ‘minoritize discourse’, or, in other words, to use its flexibility and dexterity to open means of seeing things anew or to evacuate ideologies from the inside out.
