You need: 50g diced butter, 90g muscavado sugar, 1 egg, grated rind of one orange and 2tsp of the juice, 175g S.R. flour, 1 and a half tsp baking powder, cinnamon (about half a tsp, but you can add more), 50g polenta, icing sugar.
