You can just see it on the video, and the antenna on the big silo building where the fibre joins the network. the truth is coming out, 3 million homes with most actually not in rural areas and yes that carter report was just following ofcom/BT motions, it puts just about no obligation onto BT and may actually allow them to withdraw service from its worse areas.
