  • I can't remember the Italian name for this. It's a device for making circular, filled pasta. You cut around the edge of the crimper to make the basic shape. Use one circle of pasta as a base, place filling on top, then top with another circle. You then press down with the crimper, which presses the circle edges together in a crimped, wavy pattern.

  • Impressive, but it's something different. The utensil I have only does a single filled pasta morsel at a time.
