- A suborder of herbivorous dinosaurs including quadrupedal and bipedal forms. It is distinguished by the presence of a toothless predentary bone in front of the mandible; by the premaxillæ being either wholly or partly edentulous; and by the slender post-pubes, which are directed downward and backward parallel to the ischium.
