- A family of noctuid moths, typified by the genus Remigia, with stout bodies, and in the male sex with very hairy legs, the hind pair woolly and the tarsi densely tufted. It is a widely distributed family, comprising 7 genera. Usually written Remigidæ, and, as a subfamily, Remiginæ.
