  • noun A genus of pterodactyls, differing from Pterodactylus in having the tail very long with immobile vertebræ, the metacarpus less than half as long as the forearm, and the ends of the jaw produced into a toothless beak which was probably sheathed in horn. One of the species is R. gemmingi.
