chained_bear I think it applies to any of us who eye someone else's wordometer with lust or malice in our hearts.
It isn't the same as coveting, though. That's with an intention to steal--and you can't steal on Wordie because there's that nifty "add to your words" link that absolves us of all notions of stealing.
Though I guess one can coin a term or phrase without giving credit to the person who thought of it first, but... that's kind of nitpicky.
