In Indonesian it would be Cekov, because c is always pronounced like ch in church under modern spelling rules. Under the old system, in use till about 1978 I think, it would have been Tjekov. Kh is permissible in Indonesian but it's like the Arabic kha and very guttural. A simple k is in fact a closer fit to the Russian x.
