chained_bear commented on the word funcionare
Perhaps it could be tagged "old Italian" or "archaic Italian" or "archaic" and "italian," or some such? (I use the "archaic" tag from time to time for just these occasions.) Just a thought.

I would remove the tag, unless you want to include archaic spelling that can't be called Italian (modern Italian, I mean) anymore. But I can't assure everyone would agree with me!
mollusque commented on the word funcionare
Should I remove the Italian tag, Prolagus? I do see a couple of older Italian examples in Google books. "Funcionare" also appears to be a word in Spanish and Portuguese.
NOT a modern Italian word!
