He was what people back then called a half-wit, of course.
In the not-too-distant future he sees a Republican half-wit winning the presidency and dragging America back to the Stone Age.
Of course cops get it wrong from time to time, as does the half-wit serving me in WH Smiths, the amusingly termed customer service centre at Eon or the staff at my local train station.
Surely the finger should be pointed squarely at the half-wit that deceided to let him out in the first place!
