  • "It's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a tiger mixed... bred for its skills in magic."

  • "So it's mother is a lion and it's father is a tiger?"

"What?! Nho! You're thinking of a ti-on. They're totally lame".

(Something like that, it's been a while since I saw that on the N.D. special features).

  • There are rummored to be photos of me in full Napoleon regalia, doing The Dance. I had a 'fro, a lame 80s t-shirt, boots, and a liger name-tag. They will not be uploaded onto this site.

P.S. Hooray for Wordie at work. Don't know when that happened. :)

  • A stuffed liger resides at the Salt Lake City zoo. It was bred and lived there until its demise. Given their SE Idaho and northern Utah connections, chances are good that the writers of Napoleon Dynamite had seen that cat at some point in their young lives.

  • Is not the mounted liger to which you refer now situated in the Monte L. Bean Museum at Brigham Young University?

  • Is not the mounted liger sounds like an excellent first line for a poem.

  • I haven't been in the Bean Museum since just before Arthur Cronquist expired in the herbarium, nor the SLC zoo since before that. Perhaps my liger locator is way out of date.
