    April 15, 2008

  • I'm sick of coffee shops with fake Italian names. I want one called Ninny-Broth.

    April 15, 2008

  • Or La Ninni-Brotteria if we must.

    *sigh*.

    April 15, 2008

  • Alla Brotteria di Ninnino! Uè!

    April 15, 2008

  • Wouldn't ninny-broth be 'ninnystrone' in Italian?

    (ducking, running for cover)

    April 15, 2008

  • hahaha yes! why not?!

    April 15, 2008

  • I can imagine reesetee as the ineffable barista della Brotteria di Ninnino, energetically gesticulating in Birdish as he pirouettes with cappuccino, cupcake and semifreddo from table to table while practising a dialect dense enough to win him a Goldoni guernsey.

    April 15, 2008

  • Soo... it's taken me only 15 months that reesetee is - apparently - not female.

Sorry, reesetee! I am, quite evidently, an inattentive idiot.

    April 15, 2008

  • No apologies necessary. Really. After all, according to chained_bear's list, I could be either gender. :-)

Bilby, I'm highly flattered, though I don't believe I've ever pirouetted in my life. I'll have to practice my Dialects Dense Enough to Win a Goldoni Guernsey. *running off to serve up a cupcake and crappuccino*

  • …realises sionnach's gender

    April 15, 2008

  • Sionnach, it isn't apparent at all. I think reesetee truly enjoys being either or both genders.

In fact--though I hate to break the code of secrecy--reesetee is actually a dog ("On the Internet, no one knows you're a dog"). A very sharply-dressed and well-spoken dog. With a monocle.

    April 15, 2008

  • Where does one sign up for this Goldoni Guernsey contest?

    April 15, 2008

  • Busted. :-P *adjusts monocle*
