Probably, but it's increasingly being used incorrectly. Like the greengrocer's 'pocalypse.

I think there are 2 criteria required for a 'pocalypse
It must make life hell.
It must affect tens of millions of people.
If a hurricane were to hit a hot sauce factory resulting in hot sauce raining from the sky, burning everyone's eyes out, getting into the lakes and streams, and ultimately people's faucets such that when they try to rinse their eyes out... MORE HOT SAUCE IN YOUR EYES, then you would have a true srirachapocalypse,
