  • The Sharp-tailed Streamcreeper is a passerine bird native to South America, belonging to the family Furnariidae, or ovenbirds. It is the only member of the genus Lochmias. It inhabits dense undergrowth near streams, particularly in montane forest, and is often shy and hard to see. The streamcreeper's nest is built on the ground; it's ball-shaped and has a side entrance.
