The scientific study of boob-names (titthonyms).
It can be divided into two distinct branches:
- Titthonomastics sensu lato, or titthonymy: the study of how to call all tits, and especially wheter to use a different name for men's and women's nipples, or not;
and
- Titthonomastics sensu stricto, the study of personal names given to every single boob.
