The only one of those which is close enough to enunciate is articulate, which itself is 4 syllables. If fact, to say enunciate correctly, you have to enunciate.

Enounce? Speak clearly? Pronounce? Articulate? Sound it out?
If those are all still too much effort, might I suggest... say? Good communication takes (a little) effort. :-D

They mean different things. Enunciate means to say things clear and slowly. Like saying "ee-none-cee-ate". State doesn't imply the clarity and slow speed than enunciate does.
