Is that an emotion? I tend to think of it as a choice. Maybe this is key!! Is it a choice that BECOMES an emotion?Perhaps I am not allowing an emotion to be anything other than a feeling that comes surprisingly and/or that I have no control over.But I'm not sure how I feel about that (sic).David
