Here's one I wrote for "carmageddon", a 2011 Buzzword (as reported by BBC News).
Carmaggedon was facing LA,
But it looks like a tweet saved the day.
Traffic grid-lock was fleeting
Once Tom went a-tweeting:
Gas-zilla is tweeted away.
Author's Note: The city of Los Angeles asked several celebrities, like Tom Hanks and Ashton Kutcher, to warn Los Angeles residents about carmageddon through the micro-blogging website Twitter.
