Marine Forecast areas: 'In BBC and UK NAVTEX broadcasts, the area south of Sole is known as FitzRoy rather than Finisterre as had been the case for many years. The reason here is that there has been and will continue to be a Spanish sea area known as Finisterre. The change of name removes any possible confusion.'
