  • reesetee It's a pretty awful thing to see. The iris actually becomes "floppy" as its dilator muscle relaxes. It's a complication of cataract surgery that's been associated with patient use of Flomax (tamsulosin). If you Google, be prepared for some icky images. Jul 21, 2010
