Dunno yarb. I do know--or at least think I know--that rhino horns are made of hair. Probably read that in some stupid trivia book once and who knows if those things ever get fact-checked...
Does anyone know if baby rhinos have horns? Horns are a sure impediment to nuzzling, even for the most enthusiastic ungulate.
