  • Swedish "priest cheese" dating from the 16th century when the pastor's wife would make cheese from milk collected as tithes to the church, then sell it at the local market. Factory-made these days. Prastost is a little soft and has many small holes. Flavor is a mellow to somewhat strong sweet-sour taste.
