- Having the front or forehead white, as a bird. The white-fronted dove is Engyptila albifrons, found in Texas and Mexico. The white-fronted goose is Anser albifrons of Europe, a variety of which. A. albifrons gambeli. inhabits North America, and is known in some parts as the speckle-belly. The white-fronted lemur of Madagascar is a species or variety which has been named Lemur albifrons. The white-fronted capuchin is Cebus albifrons, a South American monkey.
