I found definitions for most of the words on this list, but this was one of the ones I had trouble tracking down. Mort Walker seemed to use etymology to come up with his madeupical words, though, so I'm guessing it has something to do with the whites of a cartoon character's eyes. When I find out what it really means, I'll post here. :-)
