  • Looks to me like corporatocrat should be to corporatocracy as aristocrat is to aristocracy or plutocrat is to plutocracy. As corporatocracy seems now to be gaining acceptance, why not corporatocrat?

    An open question is whether it would refer to a corporation or to an individual in a position of control in a corporation. My view is that corporations per se are very primitive beasts that do not have many of the qualities of agency, and apparently none of the qualities such as conscience needed for responsibility. So I would go with the meaning of the individual people involved.
