An ankle bracelet, or anklet for someone with cankles.

canklet: A canklet is an ankle bracelet worn by someone with cankles. Often it ends up looking like a misplaced choker.
cankle: The absence of a defined ankle on a person - whereby the calf of the leg merges directly into the foot. The calf appears to replace the ankle - hence the term "cankle".
