There is no way that the printed page can match the luminence of an actual stained glass window, or a computer monitor, so what the color management does is shift the colors to be similar and proportional.
Unlike incandescent bulbs, when you turn these on, they do not come on to full luminence or brilliance for several seconds to several minutes.
