My advice would be: don't even attempt to understand it unless you are familial with the strong and week nuclear forces, gravity electromagnetism, all particles and ant-particles, quantum mechanics and all forms of relativity and dark matter and energy. m-brane theory joins up the universe of all possible p-branes (or string theories).
