A menefreghista is someone who couldn't care. It derives from the saying, 'Non me ne frega', meaning 'It robs me of nothing', ie. 'I don't mind', often used as a response to a question that is posed. Or, to be honest, the really popular form is 'Non me ne frega un cazzo', 'It doesn't steal a dick'.

Or also, non me ne può fregare di meno (often pronounced with Roman accent), "I couldn't care less". A very rude way of saying it, actually.
