This is one of those pseudo-words being propagated around the internet courtesy of the sloppy, nonexistent scholarship of the lazy, shiftless author of "The Meaning of Tingo". As anyone with even a fleeting acquaintance with the way compound words are formed in German could tell straight off the bat, this could never be a real word.
