As you can see, I started with the outer contour line, which I inked slightly heavier to help the figure pop off the background (well, the eventual background in PS).
I learned how to play ball in PS 127 in Queens. if you give me a little time and a little space to get back in shape, I think I could hang with him.
Both pale compared to real Photoshop, but PS is spendy and few use its power.
PS: is anyone else bothered by the fact that the school is a building and not a cluster of portables?

Scott, do you draw a lot of your stuff in PS or do you scan and then adjust/color in PS?
PS is Peter Mandelson a special favourite of yours by any chance?
It requires more hustle and means that you'll have to divide your energies between your studies in PS and whatever work you get on campus.
L&D of PS is a must for anyone who is even remotely a Sellers fan.
