About

A list of pipe- and pedal-organ stops. These have variously and perhaps at times capriciously been named and labelled by organ builders in Latin, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, and other languages.
I think some of these names would do well as names for flower varieties.

Soon into this list I learned that many of these terms duplicate those found in mollusque's Pull out the Stops list.

I chose not to include numerical pitch designations (1', 2' 4', 8', 16', XII, &c.). As might be expected, spelling variations of the various stops are many in the centuries-old tradition of organ-building.
